The Buffalo Recycling Alliance is a group of volunteers that works to increase recycling and reduce waste at businesses, multi-family residences, schools, and events through education, collaboration, and advocacy. We strive to recruit Recycling Rangers volunteers to help Buffalo’s Special Events create less waste. The founding organizations of the Alliance are: Buffalo First!, Citizens Campaign for the Environment, Partnership for the Public Good, Olmsted Center for Sight , Sierra Club Niagara Group and Ujima Theatre.
We meet on the first Monday of every month at 5:00pm at PPG’s headquarters – 237 Main St. Suite 1200. The next meeting will be held on December 2nd at 5:00 pm. We hope to see a lot of new faces, as efforts for recycling in Buffalo continue to grow!
All are welcome to join this exciting effort. To join the Buffalo Recycling Alliance, to get help at your business, home, or event, or for more information, contact Kyla Jaquish, Kyla@ppgbuffalo.org, 852-4191, ext. 115.
